Mechanical & Vehicular

My 1992 BMW R100GS, now long gone because I never rode her and she was just sitting around in the garage.
A video I made of a home-built waste oil heater that's sold in kit form from Harold Electric in Walla Walla, WA.
Folding Stairs #1 - a set of folding steps I build for my AATREC campers.  This is before they were galvanized.
Folding Stairs #2 - after galvanizing.
Paul's 1929 Reo Flying Cloud - my friend Paul in Maryland builds awesome street rods.  This is his latest.
AATREC-FG Promo.  My first commercial camper, the AATREC-FG, built in 2005 and sold in 2006.
AATREC-FM204 Test-Trip.  The shakedown cruise in the newest camper project - one that *might* become our own camper, as it's just not replaceable due to new emissions laws.  (It's always something...)
AATREC-FM204 Promo Video - CHASSIS / EXTERIOR
AATREC-FM204 Promo Video - CAMPER / INTERIOR

Ranch & Scenery

Calf Branding 2008 - Officially our last full-blown calf branding.  We sold the cattle in early 2009.
King Creek Solar Pump - We hit a good well in 2006, and developed it with solar panels and a DC pump.
Here's a video of drilling the well in the video above.
A spooky storm on July 12th, 2009 just north of us, with lots of swirling cloud action.  We got a sprinkle, but in town basements flooded and roofs blew off!  It was wicked.
June 1st, 2010.  A typical spring shower.  Anna saw this one coming while I was in the shop, and called me to the house.  36 minutes of time is compressed into about 13 seconds here.  This video is MPEG-4, not WMV.  If you can't watch it, try it on YouTube here...   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sHExryPLfMY

Family & Friends

My father, Donald Fink.  He passed away in late 2007.  I put this together for his WY and MD memorial services.  He was a good guy, my best friend, and many people miss him.
Click Here Darrin's Birthday Notes 2008 - Just a stupid video of my 39th birthday.

Darrin's Birthday Cruise 2007, Chapter 1 - The Laramie Range and Laramie Peak, coming up from Wheatland.
Darrin's Birthday Cruise 2007, Chapter 2 - Driving home from the peak.
Here's my high school band teacher, Doug, trying out an H&K MP5K submachine gun.
Here I am with a new Yankee Hill Machine 9mm can on the end of the MP5K.  (All NFA rules apply, don'tcha know...<g>)

Miscellaneous Interesting Stuff

Vietnam Veterans on Old Glory and America.  This one says it all, and these guys are heroes for sure.  The footage is from PBS, of all places.  I seldom trust them, but commend them for producing this.
What happens when you throw massive defense money (through DARPA) at a four legged robot concept and program it with the same type of sensors and axis of movement that God gave us?  "Spookily Biological."  That's what one scientist in the video says.  Wow, is he right!
Coupling: Ugly Women - a funny bit from the British comedy, Coupling.  (Think the British version of Friends, but better.)  This was a great series, and we were sorry to see it go!  Thanks to Anna for giving me the complete series on DVD.
For my friends who think I like sports.  This is a clip from the British sitcom, The IT Crowd.  Kinda sums it up for me. Well, I'm not as bad as this guy; at least I like rally and endurance auto racing.
